Returns Policy
Returns are only accepted before the firearm is transferred to the purchaser and must be completed within 30 days of shipping. Credit will be applied to the payment method used to purchase the item. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are not refundable and in the event that the order shipped for free the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund issued. All sales are final for NFA items.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
All items on our site are required to be shipped directly to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. This would be most gun shops and some pawn shops. They will do the required background checks to transfer the firearm to you.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that it may take us a few days to prepare your order so delivery estimates start the day the order is shipped.
Shipping Quote
Our website will provide shipping quotes with only your state and zip code. Just add the item to the cart and then "view cart". You can then put in the shipping state and zip code to view all available shipping options with cost. We use UPS and USPS (for AK & HI) for shipping.
